Please note: this offer excludes wisdom teeth extractions, surgical extractions, impacted wisdom teeth removal, complex/second- and third-stage root canal treatment (beyond the crown), and teeth assessed as unsuitable for further composite fillings. Your dentist will advise you at the time of your appointment if any treatment falls outside this offer.
Have Private Health Insurance? Your Gap May Be $0.
The $349 is your maximum out-of-pocket for both PHI members and private-paying patients. If your health fund covers a portion of your treatment, that amount is simply deducted. Many members pay nothing at all.
