Dr Joseph graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry on merit from Government Dental College, Trivandrum, India in Year 2000. He attained his Master’s Degree in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in the year 2004.
In 2005 Dr Joseph obtained his license from Health Authority of Abu Dhabi and started working as a Dental Surgeon in private practice. His commitment to patient care brought him an opportunity to work for the Ministry of Abu Dhabi. While working, he continued to pursue his studies for the Australian Dental Council Exam to fulfill his dream of settling in Australia in 2015.
He worked in private practices in North Melbourne and CBD before joining Sunrise as he relocated to the southeastern suburbs.
He joined Sunrise Dental Surgery as a senior associate, as his philosophy in dental practice coincides with Sunrise’s values of TRUST, CARE, and ETHICS. Overall, he has 20 years of expertise in providing excellent comprehensive care to his patients both locally and internationally.

Dr Joseph is a member of Australian Dental Association and is currently a registered General Dentist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). A valued dentist of Melbourne Dental Group, he has extensive experience in wide range of advanced dental procedures including Root Canals, Dental Implants, Crowns&Bridges , Cosmetic Dentistry and more.
Throughout his career he has been attending regular continuing education programs to keep up his knowledge in modern dentistry.
Dr Joseph understands the importance of having a dentist you can trust and believe in. One of his greatest rewards is helping patients who have been in pain by alleviating the pain and bringing them back to optimum health. He will listen to your concerns and expectations and take time to explain your dental needs. He is keen to give options and come with a treatment plan that is in line with the best interest of his clients.
Outside of Dentistry
Besides dentistry he loves music, sports and travelling. He believes Melbourne is a great place to live and raise a family because of its multi-culturalism, parks and regular social activities. He likes to be part of the crowd and in the midst of social activities. During his leisure time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.
