Dr. Andres Aguirre is an experienced dentist with over 20 years in clinical practice, specializing in cosmetic dentistry, implantology, and oral rehabilitation. Originally from Colombia and now based in Australia, he has worked in Colombia, Chile, and Australia, gaining a diverse perspective on patient care and treatment approaches.
Dr Aguirre holds a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Restorative Dentistry from the University of Sydney and has a strong background in research, endodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. His expertise includes complex oral rehabilitation, digital dentistry, and full-mouth restorations to enhance both function and aesthetics.
Beyond Clinical Practice
Dr Aguirre is passionate about research and education. He has authored multiple scientific articles on topics such as Oral Health education, Disease prevention, zirconia implants, systemic factors in dental implant therapy, edentulism and trigeminal neuralgia treatments. He also plays an active role in mentoring young dentists, helping them develop confidence in advanced dental procedures.
